FTP (File Transfer Protocol)
FTP instructions + Setup Account

If possible, compress all your files using either Stuffit ".sit" (Mac) or Zip (PC) format. This will ensure the integrity of the files as they pass through the internet and will speed up your upload time. You can compress many files and folders into a single uploadable file.

Our e-mail server can handle file attachments up to 100 megs per e-mail. If your attachments are larger than 100 megs, let us know and we'll adjust this limit up to 1 gig. Keep in mind that your I.S.P. (Internet Service Provider) may not allow attachments larger than a few megs. Check with them first before you send huge attachments.

NOTICE: For security reasons, we do not accept e-mails from anonymous (free) E-mail service providers. (i.e. Yahoo, Excite, Hotbot...etc.)

Troubleshooting Tips: If you're using Internet Explorer 6.x, you should update to version 7. If you're behind a firewall, please open
port 8000 (or have your I.T. department make the adjustment). Until then, you can still use an FTP client application.

Your IP address may be blocked if you don't know your user ID and password. Please don't guess if you're not sure. For security reasons, you only get 3 strikes before you're out (in a short period of time). If this happens by mistake, please contact us to reset your account or IP address.
