If possible, compress all your files using either Stuffit ".sit" (Mac) or Zip (PC) format. This will ensure the integrity of the files as they pass through the internet and will speed up your upload time. You can compress many files and folders into a single uploadable file.

Our e-mail server can handle file attachments up to 200 megs per e-mail. If your attachments are larger than 200 megs, let us know and we'll adjust the limit. Keep in mind that your I.S.P. (Internet Service Provider) may not allow attachments larger than a few megs. Check with them first before you send huge attachments.

NOTICE: For security reasons, we do not accept e-mails from anonymous (free) E-mail service providers. (i.e. Yahoo, Excite, Hotbot...etc.) Please provide us with your "real" email address for authentication (IP tracking) and enhanced security. Your email address is encrypted and never shared. We vigorously fight spammers, and we will never do that to you.

Troubleshooting Tips: If you're using Internet Explorer 6.x, you should update to version 7. If you're behind a firewall, please open
port 8000 (or have your I.T. department make the adjustment). You can use a "genuine" FTP client application if you have problems using our web portal.

Your IP address will be blocked if you don't know your user ID and password. Please don't guess if you're not sure. For security, you only get 3 attempts before you're IP address is blocked (in a short period of time). If this happens by mistake, please contact us to reset your account. You can always select the "Forgot Your Password?" option when needed.
